By completing a booking through our platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. A booking is only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and a confirmation code has been issued.

Bookings are subject to availability at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to cancel or modify a booking in the event of unavailability, in which case a full refund will be issued.
All prices displayed on the platform are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) unless otherwise stated. Prices include applicable service fees at the time of booking.
Payments are processed securely by third-party payment service providers. Our platform does not store or directly handle your card or banking details.
We are not liable for payment processing failures, declined transactions, delays, bank-related issues, or errors caused by the payment gateway. If a transaction fails, please contact your bank or payment provider before attempting again.
In the event of a failed payment where funds were debited from your account, please retain your bank reference and contact us promptly. We will assist in the investigation, but resolution timelines depend on your bank and the payment gateway.
Cancellation fees and refund eligibility are determined by the cancellation policy of the specific activity and supplier at the time of booking. Each activity may have a different cancellation policy, which will be displayed on the booking page before payment.
Refunds — where applicable — are processed back to the original payment method and may take 5–14 business days depending on your bank.
We are not responsible for any cancellation or refund decisions made by the activity supplier. Our role is limited to facilitating communication and processing where possible.
To request a cancellation, please contact us with your booking confirmation code as soon as possible.
Activities, tours, and experiences listed on our platform are operated by independent third-party suppliers. The quality, safety, timing, and delivery of the experience are the sole responsibility of the supplier.
We act as an intermediary booking platform and do not operate or control the activities listed. We are not liable for any acts, omissions, negligence, or operational decisions made by suppliers.
In the event of a dispute with a supplier, we will make reasonable efforts to assist in resolution, but we cannot guarantee specific outcomes.
It is your responsibility to ensure you meet all requirements for the booked activity, including age restrictions, health conditions, fitness levels, and any documentation required.
You are responsible for arriving at the correct meeting point at the designated time. Late arrivals may result in forfeiture of the booking without refund.
You agree to behave in a respectful and lawful manner during the activity. Suppliers reserve the right to refuse service to any participant whose conduct is deemed inappropriate.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended. We are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in any activity.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our platform, its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
• The use or inability to use our platform or services
• Payment processing failures or bank-related issues
• Acts or omissions of third-party suppliers
• Cancellation, modification, or non-performance of any activity by a supplier
• Any injury, loss, or damage suffered during participation in an activity
Our maximum liability to you in connection with any booking shall not exceed the total amount paid for that specific booking.
Our platform integrates with third-party services including payment gateways and activity management systems. These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of third-party systems. Links to external websites or services do not constitute an endorsement by our platform.
All prices are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed. Prices may vary based on date, group size, and availability.
Availability is subject to real-time inventory and may change between the time of browsing and the time of payment. We do not guarantee that any activity will be available at any given time.
In the rare event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and offer a full refund or the option to re-book at the correct price.
Any changes to a confirmed booking (date, number of participants, etc.) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges or fees as determined by the supplier.
We cannot guarantee that changes will be accommodated. Please contact us as early as possible if you need to modify your booking.
We shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, strikes, pandemics, war, or severe weather conditions.
In such cases, we will make every reasonable effort to notify affected customers and provide alternative options or refunds where possible.
By making a booking, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as necessary to process and fulfill your booking, communicate with you, and comply with legal obligations.
Your personal information will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with suppliers and payment processors solely to fulfill your booking.
